He was a graduate of the University of Minnesota and was an active member of St. Annes Catholic Church, Sumter. He was a member of the Sumter Assembly Club, Trian Club, Thalian Club, Roads End Club, Sumter Newcomers Club, and Sumter Master Gardeners Club. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lois H. Moses; three sons and daughters-in-law, Doug and Kay Moses, III, of Roswell, Ga., Tom and Merilyn Moses, of Roswell, and Tim and Mary Moses, of Augusta; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy and Peter Ketchum, of Alpharetta, Ga.; one daughter-in-law, Jane Moses, of Sumter; two brothers, Henry Moses and William Conway; one sister, Carol Ann Wright; and ten grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one son, Jeffrey Moses. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2003 at St. Annes Catholic Church, 216 E. Liberty St., Sumter.
