Cathy Jamieson-Ogg officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 until 8 o'clock at Shives Funeral Home, 5202 Colonial Dr., Columbia, SC. Memorials may be made to Trinity UMC, 155 Blythewood Rd., Blythewood, SC 29016. Mrs. Moyer died Saturday, May 21, 2011. Born June 30, 1922 in Bishopville, she was a daughter of the late Henry Marvin Mozingo and Eula Shirley Mozingo. Mrs. Moyer had a great love for children. She worked at Epworth Children's Home and Carolina Children's Home for many years. Mrs. Moyer was a faithful member and volunteer at Trinity UMC in Blythewood. Survivors include her son, John P. Moyer and wife, Karen; son, Karl E. Moyer; daughter, Kathy McLendon and husband, Jamey. She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Paul Moyer and sons, Matthew Moyer and Richard Grant Moyer.
