Born in Green City, Missouri, he was a son of the late Ernest and Vera Price. He joined the U.S. Air Force at the age of 19 and served for 27 years with honors. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Rose Floyd Barrineau Price; three children, Mardi King (Bruce), Jon Price (Kayte) and Penny McIntosh (Harry); a sister, Dorthy Brown; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three stepsons, Billy, Bobby and Tony Barrineau. He is also survived by three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. A memorial service with military honors for family and close friends will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Al Sims and Chaplain Nathan Falco officiating. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that those attending wear masks and practice social distancing. God bless you all. The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home. Thank you Lord for putting Carroll Price, one of the best people I have known, and his precious children in our lives. Everyone should be so blessed. God is so good. Special thanks to the staff of NHC Healthcare, Caris Hospice, family, friends and pastors, for every kindness shown for the past four years.
