Rev. Henry Altman will officiate. Visitation will be following the service. Mrs. Woodham was born in Bishopville a daughter of the late Joseph Manley & Katie Best Rhodes. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church. Surviving are one daughter: Beatrice W. (Raymond) Reynolds, Sumter; one son: Guthrie Welborn (Merry) Woodham, III, Manning; two grandchildren: Leigh (Lee) Newman, Sumter, Ashley (Carole) Reynolds, West Columbia; one great grandchild: Will Newman, Sumter. She was preceded in death by her husband Guthrie Welborn Woodham, Jr. Memorials may be made to the Bethlehem United Methodist Church, P.O.
