He is survived by one son, Luther Clyde Spigner IV of Manning; one daughter, Jennifer Leah Spigner Carter of Mississippi; one stepdaughter, Christy Lynn Vann of Columbia; nine grandchildren; and one sister, Frances Anne Spigner of Murrells Inlet. A family gathering will take place at 10 a.m. on Saturday at Clarendon Memorial Gardens. Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory, 304 N.
