The 1870 Census shows Charles 66, living the same place with wife Elizabeth 57, Susan 30, Noah G. 27, Mary 25, Francis 24, Sarah 21, Noah (Nora) 18, Martha 16, Emma 14, and farming, Real Estate Valued at $250, Personal Property Valued at $200.
The 1880 Census show Charles 76, living in Concord Township, with him were Susanna C. 40, Frances 33, Martha R. 26.
From the Charles LeRoy Osteen Bible Records: "aged 78 yrs., 11 mos., 20 days, buried in the family burial ground on the old Weston homestead near Concord."
