McINTOSH Isaiah Wilson McIntosh, 3 months, passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012, at the University of California-San Francisco Hospital, due to complications of CDH. Born Feb. 3, 2012, in San Francisco, Calif., he was the son of Joseph W. and Christy M. Scharaswak McIntosh. Surviving are his parents of Fernley, Nev.; maternal grandmother, Annette M. Robinson-Scharaswak of Fernley; maternal grandfather, Robert A. Scharaswak of Michigan; paternal grandparents, Philip R. McIntosh and Farise E. McIntosh of Sumter; paternal great-grandmother, Iris H. Edens of Sumter; and maternal great-grandmother, Shirley A. Cole of Spartanburg. He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandfather, J.W. Edens. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity United Methodist Church with the Rev. Kevin Gorry officiating. Burial will be in Sumter Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the Edens' residence from noon to 5 p.m. Friday. In lieu of flowers, donations are being accepted at the following organizations in Isaiah McIntosh's name: Ronald McDonald of San Francisco, 1640 Scott St., San Francisco, CA 94115 and to CHERUBS (CDH Organization – Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia) 3650 Rogers Road No. 290, Wake Forest, NC 27587.
