Hodge Sr. and Bobby Jean Bowen Hodge. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church and was employed by Nova Molecular. Survivors include his wife of 44 years; three children, Deborah Jean Hodge Confer (Gregory) of California, Henry B. Hodge III (Tiffany) of Sumter and Mary Ann Hodge of Sumter; 11 grandchildren, Devin Hodge, Chase Hodge, Alexis Hodge, Samantha Hodge, Aaron Hodge, Gabriella Hodge, Bethany Hodge, Daniel Hodge, Zalen Confer, Jasmine Hodge and Jaxon Hodge; a great-grandchild, Layla Jean Hodge; four sisters, Ruth Barwick, Pat Taylor (Charles), Cindy Windham (Carl) and Annie Judy; and a sister-in-law, Angie Hodge. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Gage Hodge; a brother, Donnie Hodge; and a brother-in-law, D.J. Judy. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. on Saturday at Providence Baptist Church with the Rev. Leroy Burke and Assistant Minister Wayne McElveen officiating. The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Providence Baptist Church and other times at the home. Memorials may be made to Providence Baptist Church, 2445 Old Manning Road, Sumter, SC 29150.
