| HIST | RICK DINKINS PIEDMONT -- Rick Dinkins, 45, of 100 Holly Chase Drive, beloved husband of Tamora Lynn Ritch Dinkins, died Sunday, May 16, 2004, at Greenville Memorial Hospital. Born Aug. 22, 1958, in Long View, Texas, he was a graduate of LeTourneau Christian College. He was general sales manager of Piedmont Automotive in Anderson for the past three years and previously served as general sales manager for Breakaway Honda in Greenville for 10 years. He was a member of Greer First Baptist Church. Surviving are his wife of the home; loving father of two daughters, Deidre Renee' Dinkins Robinson and her husband, Michael Scott Robinson, of Greenville and Danielle Lynee' Dinkins of the home; loving grandfather of his granddaughter, Riley McKenzie Robinson; parents, William "Will" Dinkins Jr. and Joan Marshall Dinkins of Brevard, N.C.; grandmother, Annie Dinkins of Sumter; two brothers, Bill Dinkins and wife, Lisa, of Sumter and Ken Dinkins and wife, Kay, of Asheville, N.C.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Ritch of Anderson; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Sullivan-King Mortuary, Northeast Chapel, conducted by Dr. David Dinkins. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. today at the northeast chapel, 3205 North S.C. 81. The family is at the residence. Flowers are optional, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, P.O. Box 5216, Glen Allen, VA 23058-5216.
