FLOYD MANNING – Runetie Tanner Floyd, 73, widow of William Paul Floyd, died Tuesday, July 29, 2008, in Providence Hospital in Columbia. Born Nov. 4, 1934, in Lake City, she was a daughter of the late Elwood and Rosa Azalee Feagin Tanner. She was a retired seamstress and a member of Little Star Pentecostal Holiness Church. Surviving are two daughters, Belinda (Kenny) Waldrop of Manning, and Winnie Lee (Guy) Gamble of Greeleyville; a son, William Elwood Floyd of Manning; a sister, Jean Altman of Goose Creek; three grandchildren, Christy Lindsey, SRA Rebecca Waldrop, and Loucinda Ann Ziler; and a great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Ann Ziler. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ernest Paul Mixon. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Aug. 1, 2008, at Little Star Pentecostal Holiness Church with the Revs. Morris Smith and Lloyd Ackerman officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers are Larry Altman, Johnny Floyd, Rocky Walters, Daniel Sandlin, Josh Abbott and Donnie Feagin. A very special thanks to the staff at Providence Hospital, Fourth floor MCCU. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. roday at Stephens Funeral Home in Manning, and at other times at the residence of Kenny and Belinda Waldrop, 1837 Strickland Road, Manning.
