BROWN Judith Patricia Wilson Brown, 79, wife of Murr Hall Brown, died Friday, July 31, 2009, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Edwin Wilson and Grace Reynolds Wilson. Mrs. Brown was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church where she taught Children's Sunday school for many years. She was a retired bookkeeper from Boozer, Wharton and Zeigler Construction Co. She was an active volunteer with the American Heart Association and the Sumter County Election Commission and a member of the Tuesday Club. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Surviving are her husband of Sumter; one son, Murr Hall Brown Jr. of Sumter; one daughter, Kimmons Brown Kiser, and husband Sam of Mayesville; two grandchildren, Margaret Murr Kiser and Patricia Kimmons Kiser. She was predeceased by a brother, Edwin Wilson Jr. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday in the Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church Cemetery with the Rev. Brian Peake, the Rev. Stephen Taylor and the Rev. William (Rusty) Wilson officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday at the Elmore Hill McCreight Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Mt.
