Church St., Manning (803) 435-2179. www.stephensfuneralhome.org News - Obituaries Monday, Feb. 16, 2009 Mary Ann King Bilton SUMMERTON — Mary Ann King Bilton, 89, widow of Wilson Whittaker Bilton, Sr., died Friday, February 13, 2009, at the home of her son in Deep Run, NC. Born April 9, 1919, in St. Paul, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Henry and Mary Black King. She was a retired restaurant hostess, and a member of Summerton United Methodist Church. Surviving are a daughter, Mary Elizabeth “Beth” (Robert) Hodge of W. Columbia; three sons, Joseph Charles (Diane) Bilton of Holly Hill, John Wayne (Judy) Bilton of Deep Run, NC, and Kenneth B. (Anna) Bilton of Manning; two sisters, Dorothy Kennedy and Gladys Walker, both of Sumter; ten grandchildren, Robbie Hodge, Libby Hodge Hill, Lynn Shuler, Joni Miles, Shawn Bilton, Shannon Shawver, Billy Myler, Joe Miller, Johnny Joyner, and Bobbie Jo Autrey; and five great-grandchildren, Kristin Whittle, Colby Hodge, Jace Shuler, Allen Satcher, and Ammie Satcher. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Bilton Miller; two sons, Wilson W. Bilton Jr. and James Randolph Bilton; and a sister, Virginia Beatty. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Monday at Summerton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Bob Allen officiating. Burial will follow in Summerton Evergreen Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Robbie Hodge, Jay Bruner, Shawn Bilton, Lance Shuler, Darren Miles, and Rembert Kennedy, Jr. The family will receive friends from 6-8 Sunday evening at Stephens Funeral Home in Manning. Memorials may be made to Summerton United Methodist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 35, Summerton, SC 29148. Stephens Funeral Home & Crematory, 304 N.
