PLEASANT - Asbury Cecil Bozard Jr., M.D., husband of Jane Barrie Bozard, passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday, Dec. 22, 2016. Born Oct. 21, 1938, in Kingstree, he was a son of the late Dr. Asbury Cecil Bozard and Ashton Plowden Bozard. He is survived by his wife of Mt. Pleasant; a son, Asbury Cecil Bozard III (Katie) of Denver, Colorado; a daughter, Laura Mood Richardson (Trey) of Roswell, Georgia; two granddaughters, Amanda Richardson and Katie Richardson, both of Roswell, Georgia; and a brother, Dr. Henry P. "Mutt" Bozard (Lynne) of Manning. A small graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. today at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Florence. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Jayne H.
