She graduated from Manning High School and Central Carolina Technical College. She is employed as an emergency medical technician by Cypress Transport at Clarendon Memorial Hospital in Manning.
The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Rubin Watford Sr. and the late Jo Ann Watford of Turbeville and the late Delbert Floyd and Shelby Jean Floyd of Alcolu. He graduated from Clarendon Hall. He is employed by the South Carolina Department of Transportation in Manning and is a volunteer firefighter with the Manning Fire Department.
