WEATHERLY Mary McKenzie Weatherly, 83, widow of Robert Ansel Weatherly, died Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2010, at her home. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late David Rush McKenzie and Alene Grooms McKenzie. Mrs. Weatherly was a member of Fraser Memorial Presbyterian Church. Surviving are one son, Robert Weatherly Jr. of Florida; two daughters, Jenny W. Disher of Sumter and Emily Eberwein of Florida; seven sisters, Faye Gammon, Vendola Russell and Agnes Weatherly of Sumter, Davies Gaddy of Woodbridge, Va., Dorcas Savage of Austin, Texas, Travis Mims of Sumter and Martha McClard of North Augusta; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. today in Evergreen Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Fraser Memorial Presbyterian Church, 1746 U.S. 521 South, Sumter, SC 29153.
