CLARK Mary Louise Baker Clark, 72, widow of James Kenneth Clark, died Monday, December 29, 2008, at Tuomey Regional Medical Center. Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Alpheus J. Baker and the late Annie Lee Coulter Baker. She was a member of Smithville Evangelical Baptist Church. Survivors include six children, Elizabeth Ann Clark of Wedgefield, Glen Terry Clark (Doris) of Jackson, Ga., David LaVern Clark (Angie) of Sumter, Deborah Elaine Speaks (Bob) of Mira Loma, Calif., Brenda Kay Clark of Locust Grove, Ga., and LaDonna Clark McCaskill (Steve) of Sumter; two special granddaughters, Wendy and Stephanie; 14 other grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Dallas Baker (Shirley), Francis "Buddy" Baker (Barbara) and Jimmy L. Baker (Donna) all of Sumter; and three sisters, Annette Sigmon, Lois Rogers and Juanita Davis (Junior), all of Sumter. She was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth Larry Clark; a grandchild, Wade Stephens; two brothers, Jack Baker and Wilbur Baker; and a sister, Helen Hodge. The family will receive frinds at the home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today in the Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Morris and the Rev. Freddie Gaymon officiating. Burial will be in the Sumter Cemetery. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.  [7, 8, 10]
