The bride-elect is the daughter of Larry Bandstra and Sandra Bandstra, both of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Kingsland of Blairsville, Ga. She plans to graduate in May from Clemson University with a bachelor of science in chemical engineering. Upon graduation, she will be employed by Dow Chemical in Midland, Mich. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Juan Sepulveda of Sumter, and the grandson of Mrs. Mary Lou Atkinson and the late Leo Laten Atkinson of Sumter, and Mrs. Hortensia Sepulveda and the late Gaspar Sepulveda of San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Charleston Southern University and plans to graduate in May from Clemson University with a master's degree in computer science.
