The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Ervin Lane of Greeleyville, and the granddaughter of Doris Foxworth Lane and the late Laurie LeGrande Lane of Kingstree and the late Mr. and Mrs. John William Griffith Jr. of Dillon. She graduated from Laurence Manning Academy and Clemson University with a bachelor of science degree in preprofessional health studies. She plans to graduate from the Medical University of South Carolina in May 2007 with a master's degree in physical therapy. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kevin Stephen Kelly of Aiken, and the grandson of Loretta Leibold Kelly of Aiken and the late Paul Merlin Kelly, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Ellison Lafayette Evans Jr. of Lynchburg. He graduated from East Clarendon High School and the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of science degree in physical education. He is employed as the physical education teacher at East Clarendon Middle School, the varsity boys basketball coach at East Clarendon High School and the youth director at Turbeville Southern Methodist Church. The Rev. Ellison L. Evans officiated at the ceremony assisted by the Rev. Dr. Larry T. Crowe and the Rev. John W. Griffith III. Music was provided by Mrs. Kathy Gatlin, organist; Mrs. Gladys Blank, pianist; Seth Shirley, Beth Stephenson and the bride, vocalists; and Sarah Margaret Webster, chiming of the hour. Given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father, the bride wore a white, mock two-piece gown featuring a camisole bodice, a natural V-waistline, pearl-adorned straps crossed in the back forming a key-hole opening, an A-line skirt with cathedral-length train, and a trellis-weave pattern surrounded by satin embroidered floral schiffli lace embellished with sequins and seed pearls. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white daisies, monte casino and coffee berries. Ashton Carlisle Green served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Emily Gwinn Lane, Mrs. Mary Evans Lane, Mrs. Patti Kelly Jones, Mrs. Pam Kelly Earls, Mrs. Heather Peebles Cromer, Mrs. Shelley Fox Ard, Mrs. Jessica Tye McLeod, Courtney Michelle Lee, Mary Louise Goodwin, Amy Lynn Donald, Kimberly Elizabeth Faerber and Melody Gail Fowler. Annabelle Elizabeth Lane and Hannah Griffith Lane served as flower girls. The bridegroom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were Corey Evan Green, Aaron Wesley Earls, Stuart Cameron Jones, William Michael Lane, Brantley Baker Lane, Bryan Ray Baxley, Neveland Ashley Cannon Jr., Stephen Daniel Evans, Matthew Paul Kelly, Allen Drew Kirby, Benjamin Colbert Knowlton and Kennie Wilmot McKenzie Jr. Ushers were Garrett Thurston Bagnal and Christopher Bryce Jordan. William Mason Lane and Wesley James Earls served as ring bearers. The reception was given by the bride's parents at the Pine Grove UMC Gymnasium. The rehearsal party was given by the bridegroom's parents at the Turbeville Southern Methodist Church Fellowship Hall.
