| HIST | of Lancaster, South Carolina Otis M. Logan Otis Morgan Logan, 73, of Lancaster, died Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, at Springs Memorial Hospital. Born July 12, 1938, in Clarendon County, he was a son of the late Johnnie R. and Kathleen Morgan Logan. Mr. Logan was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and the owner and operator of Logan Nursery & Landscaping. He was preceded in death by a brother, Fate Logan. Survivors include his son, Sandy Logan and his wife, Cathy, of Lancaster; daughter, Kristi Love of Lexington; brothers, Weston Logan, J.R. Logan and Dekle Logan, all of Bishopville, and Reynolds Logan of Greenville; sisters, Melissa Logan, Grace Hawkins, Annette Hopkins, Sarah Copeland, Rosalie Hyatt and Virginia Hodge, all of Bishopville, and Eddie Mae Reynolds of Hartsville; grandchildren, Morgan Logan and Sam Logan; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held Monday at St Luke United Methodist Church. The Rev. Kyle Randle officiated. Interment was in the church cemetery. The family received friends at the church prior to the service. The family suggests that those who wish may make donations to St. Luke United Methodist Church Building Fund, 128 Providence Road, Lancaster, SC 29720 in memory of Mr. Logan.
