CHANDLER Posted Thursday, June 22, 2017 6:00 am Wilhelmina "Billie" Beasley Chandler, 93, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at Palmetto Health Tuomey. She is survived by her children, Harold Chandler III (Susan), Karl B. Chandler (Sandra) and Beth Chandler Justice (Craig), all of Sumter; her grandchildren, who called her NaNa, Thomas Chandler, Calvin Chandler (Julie), Ben Chandler (Jennifer), Karl Chandler II, Logan Chandler Smith (Lawton), Sarah Justice, Stephen Justice (Caroline) and Shannon Justice; and her great-grandchildren, Reid Chandler, Riley Chandler, Madeline Chandler, MaryGrace Chandler, Pearl Smith, Gracie Justice and Jack Justice. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the Church of the Holy Comforter with reception following in Walker Hall. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the mission work of her granddaughter are requested. Make checks payable to the Church of the Holy Comforter, 213 N. Main St., Sumter, SC 29150, noting Shannon Justice in the memo line.
