ATHENS, Tenn. -- Juanita Miriam Ledbetter, age 80, of Athens, died Sunday, Aug. 30, 2009, at Life Care of Athens.
She was a native of Robeson County, N.C., and resident of McMinn County, Tenn., for 20 years. She was a daughter of the late Arch and Ruby McInnis. She was retired from ARA Food Services and a member of Central Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband of 63 years, Jack Ledbetter of Athens; two daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and Jim Wicker of Loudon, Tenn., and Anita Kay and Al Barilar of Park City, Ky.; son, Clarence David Ledbetter of Ten Mile, Tenn.; sister, Pearl Turner of Sumter; three grandchildren, Alan Taylor, Sara Hawthorne and Nicole Strom; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. today in the Chapel of Laycock-Hobbs Funeral Home. Interment will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in McMinn Memory Gardens.
