The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher L. Dority of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William "Bill" Dority and the late Mrs. Patsy G. Dority of Sumter, Mrs. Kathryn Dennis of Dalzell, Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Boyce of Dalzell, and Mrs. Florence Burkett of Dalzell. She graduated from Sumter Academy and attended Central Carolina Technical College and the University of South Carolina Sumter. She is employed as a clinical therapist by Manning Early Childhood Center and as the office manager for Molina Masonry, Inc. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Alton Miller of Sumter, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry E. Daniels of Alcolu. He graduated from Sumter High School and the Sumter County Career Center. He is the owner and manager of Molina Masonry, Inc. The Rev. Denise Seymour officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Jamey Griffith, vocalist. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white formal gown featuring a halter-style bodice accented with re-embroidered lace applique, a keyhole back, and an organza cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white roses. Mrs. Sherri Porter-Watt served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. T.J. Kirby and Megan Molina. Danny Chavis served as best man. Groomsmen were Terry Squires and Witt Dority. Bobby Griffith served as usher. The bride's parents held the reception at Sans Souci Farm.
