The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas David West of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Betty Geddings and the late Everett Geddings of Sumter, and the late Richard David West of McCall and the late Alice J. Newman of Hartsville. She graduated from Lakewood High School, Sumter. She is employed by the Animal Medical Clinic, Sumter. The bridegroom is the son of the late Annette Stewart Harrington, and the grandson of the late Tindal and Anna Stewart Lowder, all of Manning. He graduated from Manning High School. He is employed by Bilton Lincoln Mercury, Inc., and is the owner of Performance Sales of Sumter and www.performancesalesonline.com. The Rev. Jock Hendricks officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Debbie Hudson, pianist; Chelsea Little, vocalist; and Christopher Clint McKellar, guitarist and vocalist. Given in marriage by her father,the bride wore a one-piece satin, strapless gown featuring an A-line corset back with crystals and pearls gently raining down the front. She carried a cascade bouquet of daisies and stargazer lilies outlined in greenery. Heather Michelle Baker, sister of the bride, and Shawna Michelle Vanskiver served as matrons of honor. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Lauren Link, Rebecca Allison Huggins and Erin Nicole Brewer. Leah Michelle Baker served as flower girl. Gary "Gator" Lane served as best man. Groomsmen were Kelvin Bradley Kolb, Christopher Clint McKellar, Jeffrey Clarke Shuping and Jeffrey Louis Lanning. Jordan Thomas Baker served as ring bearer. The reception was given by the bride's parents in the upstairs mezzanine at the church. Following a wedding trip to Cancun and Isla Mujeres, Mexico, the couple will reside in Sumter. [2, 3] | |
