She is employed by McCoy Memorial Nursing Home, Bishopville, as an activity assistant. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Cecil and Nora Lee Vaughn and L.A. Davis and the late Irene Davis, all of Ashwood. He graduated from Thomas Sumter Academy and the University of South Carolina with a degree in business administration. He is part-owner and manager of Radio Shack, Bishopville, and a volunteer firefighter and EMS worker for Lee County. The wedding is planned for spring 2012 in Sumter.
