Officiating will be Mr. Russell Laird. Interment will be held at 12 noon in Ft. Jackson National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Monday evening at the funeral home. Mrs. Barkley, beloved wife of Jack Henry Barkley, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2012. Born in Moore County, NC, she was a daughter of the late John Burrell Dunlap and Madie Lucindi Crisco Dunlap. Surviving in addition to her husband, Jack Henry Barkley of West Columbia; daughters, Emma Ruth Barkley of West Columbia and Susan Lavern Bulger (Mike) of DeFuniak Springs, FL; eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren; brother, David Lamar Barkley of Sumter; sister-in-law, Alice Dunlap of Seagrove, NC.
