James Lewis Hyatt Jr. of Andrews, and the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Edith Lee Myers of Sumter. She is majoring in interior design at Winthrop University and will complete her junior year in May. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Donald F. Burns of Ogdensburg. He is employed by Brunches in Columbia. The wedding is planned for May 29, 2010, at Buck Ridge Plantation, Neeses.
