Born April 14, 1936, in Sumter County, he was a son of the late Silas Percy Geddings and Hattie Mims Geddings. Mr. Geddings was a member of Frazier Memorial Presbyterian Church and was retired from Korn Industries. Survivors include a brother, J. Thomas Geddings (Betty) of Sumter; and a sister, Mary Frances Lee (Curtis) of Alcolu. Services will be private. Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
