| HIST | Was she married to a Wade? jkh I won’t know where WADE comes in. jkh PATRICIA ANN BROWN Posted Tuesday, November 24, 2020 6:00 am DALZELL - Patricia Ann Brown, 67, widow of Gary "Bush" Ray, died on Monday, Nov. 23, 2020, at her home. Born on July 5, 1953, in Sumter, she was a daughter of Dorothy Holliday Brown Baker and the late Leroy Brown. She was a member of Bethesda Church of God. She was formerly employed as a cafeteria worker at Hillcrest High School and at the Salvation Army Thrift Store. Survivors include her mother of Sumter; a daughter, Melissa Boykin of Sumter; a son, Wade Thompson of Florida; 10 grandchildren; a number of great-grandchildren; and three brothers, Mike Brown, Ronnie Brown and Danny Brown. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethesda Church of God, 2730 Broad St., Sumter, SC 29150. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements. [1] | |
