The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Boyle Harper of Pawleys Island and Joseph Henry King Jr. of Manning, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Deloris Meyer Boyle and the late Adville Barnes Boyle Jr. of Pawleys Island, and the late Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Henry King of Manning. She graduated from Wofford College with a bachelor of arts in business economics and from Charleston School of Law with a juris doctorate. She is an attorney with Trask and Howell, LLC. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Bradley Cromartie, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Percival LaBruce and the late Mr. and Mrs. Hollis Dale Cromartie Jr., all of Georgetown. He graduated from the College of Charleston with a bachelor of science degree in business and finance. He is employed as an independent financial adviser and is the inventor of the Superstick Push Pole. The Right Rev. Terrell Lyles Glenn Jr. officiated at the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her parents. Elizabeth Ruth King, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor, with Beverly Steinhaus as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Catherine Ezelle, Mary Gray Mahon, Meigs McNair, Rachel Hammond, Pate Graham, Rebecca Gardner and Harvin McCann. Katherine Varn served as flower girl. The bridegroom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were Ben McDonald, Brooks Geer, Chris Skipper, Douglas Miller, Glenn Elliott, Jamie Beard, Perry Peace, Pete DiVenere and Stuart Small. Ushers were Mitch James and John Cutter. William Varn served as ring bearer. The bride's parents held the reception at Winyah Indigo Society Hall.
