| HIST | RANDOLPH E. GALLOWAY Posted Tuesday, September 10, 2019 6:00 am Randolph E. "Randy" Galloway, 66, husband of Liz J. Belsole, died Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina. Born Nov. 11, 1952, in Sumter, he was a son of the late Jessie V. and Dora Ann Mathis Galloway. Randy was a 1972 graduate of Thomas Sumter Academy. He was a real estate investor and the former owner of Best Insurance Co. He was a former member and past president of the Sumter Jaycees. Randy loved beach music and collecting antiques. Survivors include his wife, Liz; stepchildren, Cheryl Landstrom (Michael) and their children, Sara and Madison, and Michael Levendoski (Shawn) and their children, Zachary, Nicholas and Emily; an uncle, Butch Galloway of Sumter; and many cousins and close friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Pressley officiating. Burial will be at Sumter Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Pusadee Suchinda, Dr. Mark Crabbe, Dr. Alton Jordan and Dr. Gopi Shah. The family will receive friends from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, 4217 Park Place Court, Glen Allen, VA 23060-9979 or to Sumter Disabilities, 750 Electric Drive, Sumter, SC 29153.
