Stacie Lynn Radcliffe and Zachary Thomas Atkinson were united in marriage at 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010, at New Salem Baptist Church, Sumter. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles J. Radcliffe, and the granddaughter of Mrs. Giovana Amerson and the late Ronald E. Amerson, Mrs. Carolyn Spell, and the late Leonard L. Radcliffe, all of Sumter. She graduated from Sumter High School and the University of South Carolina with a bachelor of arts in psychology. She is employed as the manager of the Sumter City Credit Union. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Samuel T. Atkinson of New Zion, and the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Donnie H. Atkinson of Turbeville, Mr. and Mrs. Aubery Dean Green of Turbeville, and Mr. and Mrs. Jesse F. Page of Mount Airy, Ga. He graduated from Sumter High School. He is employed by Palmetto Construction. The Rev. Tommy Atkinson officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Robert J. Baker, pianist; and Kimberly Newsome, vocalist. Given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a white satin A-line gown adorned with beaded lace applique and Swarovski crystals, and featuring a cut-out lace hem and a chapel train. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of orange Asiatic lilies, pink Gerger daisies and orange roses accented with white pearl sprays and pink hoya. Rebecca Huggins Barnette served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Carrie Mae Amerson, Jacquelyn Suzanne Atkinson, Ashleigh McLeod Flowers, Rachel Wiley Grant and Rachel Ann Radcliffe. Macy Ann Ahtonen served as flower girl. Samuel Paul Atkinson served as best man. Groomsmen were Eric Allen Ahtonen, Adam Wayne Bonnette, Michael Max Pomaville Jr., Joseph Chad Radcliffe and Justin Charles Ward. Samuel Levi Atkinson served as ring bearer. Also participating were Kimberly Myers Nobles, Kimberly Koon Bonnette, Rhonda Bonnette and Joy Hanna. The bride's parents held the reception at Elaine D. Korn Memorial Center. The bridegroom's parents held the rehearsal party at Southside Baptist Church. Following a wedding trip to Orlando, Fla., the couple resides in Sumter.
