Brown Sr., Mrs. Lavone Nichols and the late Marvin Nichols, and Harold Snethen and the late Kathleen Snethen, all of Sumter. She graduated from Laurence Manning Academy, Lander University with a bachelor of science in sports medicine, and Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy. She is a licensed massage therapist employed by N Salon & Spa, Sumter. The bridegroom is the son of Jerry and Janet Stiles of Sumter and Kimberly Lynn Stiles of Kingsville, Ohio, and the grandson of Mrs. Betty Nelson and the late John Nelson of Kingsville, Carol Stiles of Sumter, the late Homer Stiles of North Kingsville, Ohio, J.B. Hatfield and the late Nancy Hatfield of Sumter, and Bill and Ett Lightbody of Sumter. He attended Lakewood High School. He is employed by Mr. Scrape Customs, Sumter. The Rev. Allen M. Hansen officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by the Little Chapel of Flowers. Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a simple black and white, knee-length gown. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of 10 white roses. The reception is planned for July 25 at the home of the bridal couple. Following a wedding trip to Las Vegas, the couple resides in Sumter.
