| HIST | Frances B. Tyner | Visit Guest Book HARTSVILLE - Funeral services for Frances Broadway Tyner will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, September 20, 2010 at St. Luke United Methodist Church. The Rev. Phil Thrailkill will officiate with private burial in Magnolia Cemetery directed by Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following the service in the Reaves Center. Memorials may be made to the St. Luke United Methodist Church, 302 Dunlap Drive, Hartsville, SC 29550. Mrs. Tyner died Friday, September 17, 2010. Born in Summerton, SC, she was a daughter of the late Joseph Raymond and Frances Chick Broadway. She was a graduate of Summerton High School and Palmer Business College in Charleston. She was a member of St. Luke United Methodist Church and until her illness was an active member of the Dannie Newsome Circle. Surviving are her husband, E. Russ Tyner of Hartsville, SC; daughters and son-in-law, Frances K. 'Fran' Tyner of Hartsville, SC, Paige T. and Don Lockman of Savannah, GA; grandson, Jonathan Russ Lockman. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ray Broadway, Jr., Wilber Broadway, Stuart Broadway. The family would like to thank Dr. T. James Bell, Dr. T. Rhett Spencer, and Dr. James C. H.
