| HIST | of Columbia, South Carolina Mary D. Pinchback COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Mary Daughrity Pinchback, 68, will be held 1 p.m. today at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel. Ms. Pinchback died Feb. 26, 2011. Born June 9, 1942, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Sidney M. and Louise Mundy Daughrity. Mary, known as "Mimi," was a loving woman with a kind heart. She was a self-employed business owner and a member of Westside Baptist Church in Sumter. Mimi loved and enjoyed spending time with her granddaughters. Among her other interests, she enjoyed Bible study, working with vacation Bible school, bingo, traveling and gardening. Surviving are her daughter, Kay Gore (Craig) of Columbia; granddaughters, Brittany Hoffman (Jonathan) and Mallory Gore, both of Columbia; sisters, Lucy Williams (Rudolph), Paula Davis, Lynn Otto (Bill), all of Sumter, and Joyce Frotten (John) of Camden; brothers, Rooster Daughrity (Susan) and Jimmy Daughrity, both of Sumter; and many loved nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Lindy Copeland and Louise White; and a brother, John Daughrity. Memorials may be made to the Parkinson Foundation, Gift Processing Center, P.O.
