Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Annette Good, Angela Hatfield and Debra Strout; a son, Jeffrey Johnson; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; four stepchildren, Suzette Santana, Dawn Diaz, Phil Punk Jr. and Edward Leland Punk; 17 step-grandchildren; and two step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Denise Johnson. Services will be private. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements. [1] | |
