  HIST	Irene W. Howle SUMMERTON — Funeral services for Irene Winburn Howle, 83, were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Brown-Pennington-Atkins Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Richard Smith officiated. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery. The family received friends and family prior to the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Howle died Friday, June 22, 2012, at her home in Summerton. Born in Hartsville, she was a daughter of the late John Cord and Henrietta Roscoe Winburn. She lived her later years in Summerton. She was married to the late James D. Howle and will rest eternally beside him. She is survived by her three sons, J. Dan Howle and wife, Peggy, of Conyers, Ga., Mike Howle of Pinetops, N.C., and Brett (Sparky) Howle of Summerton; sisters, Allene Tyner of Hartsville, Meta Rae Oliver and husband, Laurence, of Summerton; brother, J.C. Winburn and wife, Ellie, of Bethune; and sisters-in-law, Joann Winburn and Doris Winburn, both of Hartsville. She was blessed with four grandchildren, Marshall Sikes, Justin Howle, Erika Mora and Danielle Howle; two great-grandchildren, Lori Taylor Rudeseal and Carley Howle; and too many nieces and nephews to count. She was preceded in death by her brothers, J.D. Winburn and wife, Pat, Rochel Winburn and Raeford Winburn; sister, Pearl Mae King and husband, James; and her brother-in-law, the Rev. Carson Tyner. Memorials are suggested to Agape Hospice, 13 Caldwell St., Sumter, SC 29150.
