The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bobby Gene Tucker and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Franklin Morris Jr., all of Manning, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Quillon Curtis Lee of Manning and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Franklin Morris Sr. She graduated from Laurence Manning Academy and Clemson University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. She is employed by Clarendon Memorial Hospital Home Health. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Dean Mitchum and Jimmy Wayne Pelfrey, all of Alcolu, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Delano Newman of Sumter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Curtis Pelfrey Sr. He graduated from Manning High School and Florence-Darlington Technical College with an associate's degree in radiology. He is employed by Clarendon Memorial Hospital. The Rev. Michael DeCosta officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Mrs. Denise Jones, pianist; and Anthony James Lee and Mrs. DeAnna Lyons Lee, vocalists. Escorted by her father, Joseph Morris Jr., the bride wore an ivory gown by Casablanca featuring a softly scooped and ruched crystal taffeta empire bodice and beaded lace applique embellishing the skirt which was finished with a scalloped hem and a chapel train. She carried a large bouquet of calla lilies accented with a strand of ivory pearls. Mrs. Erica Lee Eaddy served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amanda Jane Chapman, Mrs. Brandi Gibbons Holladay, Mrs. Mary Kathryn Jordan and Mrs. Leigh Ann Maynard. Flower girls were Eva Lee Eaddy and Ann Adelaide Eaddy. The bridegroom's father, Jimmy Wayne Pelfrey, served as best man. Groomsmen were Matthew Trey Casselman, Cecil Bozard McFaddin Eaddy, Kenneth Graison Matthews and Joseph Franklin Morris III. Ushers were Gary Curtis Lee Jr. and Daniel Carlisle Marchant. The reception was given by the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tucker, at The Cypress Center in Manning. The rehearsal party was given by the bridegroom's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchum, at Owen's Farm Clubhouse in Summerton. Following a wedding trip to Cancun, Mexico, the couple resides in Manning.
