She is employed as a school counselor by Lexington County School District One at Pelion Middle School. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of the late Dr. and Mrs. Charles Rutledge Holmes of Columbia and Mrs. James Maurice White and the late Mr. White of Sumter. He graduated from Wilson Hall in 2009 and the University of South Carolina in 2013 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. He is employed as a sales representative with Nu-Idea in Sumter. The wedding is planned for June 9, 2018, at Trinity United Methodist Church in Sumter. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James Rhett Munn Jr. of Sumter and the granddaughter of Mr. John Wayne Davis Sr. of Bishopville, the late Mrs. Margaret Edwards Davis of Sumter, the late Mary Lou Munn of Sumter and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Rhett Munn of Sumter. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of white peonies, garden roses, Queen Anne's lace, freesia and veronica. Elizabeth Harris Munn and Mary Margaret Munn, sisters of the bride, served as maids of honor.
