The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Shawn D. Bordeaux of Sumter, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Johnny M. Walton of Sumter and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert D. Bordeaux of Delco, N.C. She graduated in 2010 from Central Carolina Technical College with an associate's degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse by Tuomey Healthcare System in the Children's Center. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Greg A. Wilt of Sumter, and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Wendell L. Morris of Sumter and Mrs. Vivian Wilt and the late Everett Wilt of of Chesterland, Ohio. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor's in history in 2008 and a master's in education in 2009. He is employed by Sumter School District as a social studies teacher at Sumter High School. The Rev. Stuart Mizelle officiated at the ceremony. Music was provided by Kipper Ackerman, harpist; and Teresa Harris, pianist. Escorted by her father, the bride wore a formal gown of ivory tulle and silky satin featuring a bateau neckline accented with beaded lace appliqu s throughout the fitted bodice, a trumpet skirt and a low V-back ending in a cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white and fuchsia pink English garden roses. Hailey Bordeaux, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Hannah Bordeaux, sister of the bride, Mrs. Amanda Burger, Mrs. Mandy Carnes, Mrs. Erica Monarch and Mrs. Ashley Ortiz. Alexa Walton served as flower girl. The bridegroom's father served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Burger, Matthew Levy, Weldon Marshall, and Dan Wilt and Justin Wilt, brothers of the bridegroom. Johnny M. Walton III served as ring bearer. The bride's parents held the reception at The O'Donnell House. The bridegroom's parents held the rehearsal party at Serendipity Caf .
