The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Henrietta Tindal Rickenbaker and the late Mr. Henry Burchell Rickenbaker of Summerton, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Edward Bell of Kingstree. He graduated from the University of South Carolina and Charleston School of Law. He is an assistant solicitor with Lexington County Solicitor's Office.
