She is employed as a second-grade teacher at Asian Hope International School in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The bridegroom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Colleen Pelloni and the late William Pelloni Sr. of Goose Creek, Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Norris of Shenandoah Valley, Va., and Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Morgan of Bonneau. He graduated from The Citadel with a bachelor of science degree in exercise science technology. He is employed at Jump Bunch in Charleston. The wedding is planned for June 28, 2015, in Charleston.
