| HIST | Comments: Hello, We wanted to give you some more info. We have not gotten this line back any further. Philip Singleton Born: About 1785. Supposed to be from VA Died: Harris County, Texas About 1834. He went hunting and never came back. Family thought he may have been killed by wild boar. Family sold his land to DeZavala, 1st President of Texas. Land just North of San Jacinto Battleground near Lynch's Ferry. Married to: Susannah Walker B: 14 June 1815 Place: Wayne County, KY (may have been born while parents traveling) Died: After 1860 Place: Harris County, Texas Children: Delilah, Born:About 1831, Harris County, Tx.
