Born on June 26, 1968, at Shaw Air Force Base, he was a son of Wilma M. Coker Parker and the late Edward Parker. Mr. Parker served in the U.S. Air Force. Survivors in addition to his mother of Manning include two children, Samantha Nicole Sterling (Jacob) of Minot, North Dakota, and Ryan Allan Parker of Texas; a sister, Debra Lynn Holliday of Summerton; two brothers, Anthony Scott Parker (Debra Shade) of Dalzell and Shon Michel Parker of Navarre Beach, Florida; six nieces and nephews, Crystal Ross (Ryan), Allie Nicole O'Mally (Rocky), Tanner Parker, Dustin Parker, Jonathan Parker and Jessie Parker; and four great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home. A private burial will be in the Floyd's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery in Lake City. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
