Survivors in addition to his mother of Manning include two children, Samantha Nicole Sterling (Jacob) of Minot, North Dakota, and Ryan Allan Parker of Texas; a sister, Debra Lynn Holliday of Summerton; two brothers, Anthony Scott Parker (Debra Shade) of Dalzell and Shon Michel Parker of Navarre Beach, Florida; six nieces and nephews, Crystal Ross (Ryan), Allie Nicole O'Mally (Rocky), Tanner Parker, Dustin Parker, Jonathan Parker and Jessie Parker; and four great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and other times at the home. A private burial will be in the Floyd's Chapel Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery in Lake City.
