  HIST	JACQUELINE INGRAM MCLEOD Posted Friday, March 10, 2023 6:00 am Jacqueline Ingram McLeod, 87, widow of Freddie McLeod Jr., died on Tuesday, March 7, 2023, at Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital. Born on Oct. 12, 1935, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Robert W. and Lois K. Ingram. As a devoted wife and mother, Jacqueline provided an example of enduring faith and positive attitude for five children. She was a member of New Start Community Church of the Nazarene, where she worshipped beside a cherished church family. Her favorite pastimes included flower and vegetable gardening and raising chickens. Survivors include four sons, Larry McLeod (Madeline), Craig McLeod (Tammy), Steve McLeod and Paul McLeod; a brother, Kirby Ingram (Donna); five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years; a daughter, Deborah Hicks; two brothers; and a sister. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday at New Start Community Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Tony Lupton and Pastor Donna Green officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Start Community Church of the Nazarene, 4686 J.W. Rhames Road, Manning, SC 29102. Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.  [3]
