Clyde Bagnal, 83, husband of Winnie Mae Floyd Bagnal, was received into his heavenly home on Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012. He died peacefully at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born Nov. 15, 1929, in the Wilson community of Manning, he was a son of the late Joseph Belton Bagnal and Lula Gertrude Evans Bagnal. He was a retired ordained minister of the South Carolina Conference of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church. He was a nominal member of Pine Dale Pentecostal Holiness Church. He is survived by his wife of New Zion; two daughters, Sandra Bagnal and Kathy Barron (Glen), both of New Zion; two grandsons, Cliff Barron (Hailey) of Johnsonville and Blake Barron of Florence; two great-granddaughters, Ansley and Raya Barron; two brothers-in-law, Ben Floyd (Mary Nell) and David Floyd (Joyce), both of New Zion; four sisters-in-law; and a number of special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by three sisters, Mary Esther Mahoney, Sara Floyd and Joann Wiggins; a brother, Belton Bagnal; a stepbrother, Wilbur Hipp; and a stepsister, Ruth Bagnal. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Pine Dale Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Pine Dale Pentecostal Holiness Church and other times at the residence, 4691 Old Manning Road, New Zion.
