MORRIS Posted Wednesday, October 31, 2018 6:00 am MANNING - Winnifred Wilder Morris, 86, widow of Andrew James Morris, died on Sunday, Oct. 28, 2018, at Carolinas Hospital System in Florence. Born on April 3, 1932, in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Julius Andrew Wilder and Carrie Mae Ingram Wilder. She retired from the Clarendon County Health Department with 18 years of service. She was a member of Little Star Pentecostal Holiness Church. She is survived by a special nephew, Al Morris (Harriet); and two great-nephews, Shawn Morris and Robin Morris (Kelly), all of Florence. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Buck Wilder; a sister, Mary Wilder; and a great-nephew, Stephen Morris. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday in the chapel of Stephens Funeral Home with Brad Richardson officiating. Burial will follow at the Manning Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Shawn Morris, Robin Morris, Rusty Harrington, Tony Morris, Ron Morris and Gary Berry. Visitation will be held from 3 to 3:30 p.m. prior to the service at Stephens Funeral Home.
