Pleasant; two sons, US Army Captain Benjamin Michael Carnell (Beverly) of Summerville and John William Carnell of Florence; a daughter, Eva Suzanne Benefield of Mt. Pleasant; a brother, Michael Cousar (Carrie) of Anderson; a nephew, Davis Cousar; and three nieces, Anne Douglas Cousar, Caroline Cousar and Ella Cate Cousar.
