Robison Born: Monday, April 04, 1921 Died: Saturday, July 01, 2017 CAMDEN – Beatrice Rollins Robinson, 96, died Saturday, July 1, 2017. Born in Chesterfield County, S.C., she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Della Rollins. She retired from the Kershaw County School District where she was a secretary to the school superintendent. She is survived by her sons, Douglas Robinson of Camden and Donald Robinson of Atlanta, Georgia; and two grandchildren of Atlanta and one grandchild of Camden. She was predeceased by her husband, James William Robinson; sisters, Bertice Huggins (J.E.), Jeanette McLain (Lonnie), Verdie Jeffords (Foster), Eulah Rollins and Grace Rollins; and brothers, Earl Rollins, Clyde Rollins and Norman Rollins.. Service to celebrate Mrs. Robinson’s life will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. at Powers Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
