HIST	of Sumter, South Carolina Proposed Change: Lela (I82516) Tree: Singleton and Related Families Link: http://singletonfamily.org//getperson.php?personID=I82516&tree=1 Description: Judging from the names of these three sisters, this Lela, or as her step-children knew her, “Miss Leila,” is the second wife of my grandfather and namesake William Eugene Kolb, born in about 1881 and died in 1937 (Sumter, SC). I knew two of them as Aunt Helen (Helen Kolb Turner) and Aunt Mildred, whose married name escapes me at the moment, step-sisters of my father, Heyward Grady Kolb (1905-1990).
