Born March 18, 1919, in Elloree, she was a daughter of the late Herbert Lee Bair and Cedie Marie Felkel Bair. She was a member of Santee Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters, Eleanor Singleton and husband, Bill, of Anderson and Ginger Singleton and husband, Tony, of Manning; a son, L.W. "Sonny" Freeman of Manning; a sister, Louise Stone and husband, Wade, of Manning; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. today in the Manning Cemetery with the Rev. Jimmy Eldreth officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 to 1:45 p.m. today at Stephens Funeral Home before the graveside service.
